Constitutional Law: Principles And Policies (Introduction to Law Series) Review

Some context setting: I'm not a lawyer or a formal law student. I have bought an interest in American Constitutional Law, and this book to pursue that interest. I bought this book after reading reviews on Amazon and search inside the book, read a few paragraphs, and finally, borrowing added to an older version of a law. I knew exactly what to expect, and I was not disappointed.

This is a well-written book that pretty clear explanations that are easy to understand. It covers most ofthe fundamentals of constitutional law in one volume, provides several examples to illustrate interpretation of the law and can quickly estimate the average reader to understand and to some extent speak authoritatively on constitutional law (USA).

On the improvement side, I would like to see an innovative way to index all cases, relevant to cross-reference to the constitutional principle of operation or for the case.

Recommend to every reader thatwants to develop a solid understanding of American constitutional law. It is a good starter book that will help you to think objectively justified by the circumstances of the case, application of constitutional principles are appropriate and to assess that, compared to decisions of the Supreme Court. So, it is a good companion for a casebook for Con Law.
